Mr. Sheelam Seth

Chief Executive Officer, Shri Educare Limited

Sheelam, an Engineering Graduate from BITS Pilani, joined SRF Limited as a Management Trainee in the Fluorochemicals Business space. He worked extensively on the new projects during the initial part of his career. He moved to Sales and Marketing of the Fluorochemicals Business and provided able leadership, launched several products, and ensured SRF as the market leader in the Refrigerant gas and Chloromethanes. He moved to Technical Textile Business and led the business turnaround of the acquired unit of Belting Fabric in South Africa.

He moved back to India in 2012, and as a Business Head of the Coated and Laminated Fabric, he made significant contributions in growing the business to become the market leaders in the industry. He played a vital role in integrating Coated and Laminated Fabric Business for better synergies to excel in operational excellence over the years.

His strong orientation towards SRF values, development of people, maturity to handle diversity and patient listening is worth emulating. He believes in building strong and effective team and has a strong customer focus.

Mrs. Sunita Arora

Principal, The Shri Ram Early Years; Associate Vice President, Shri Educare Limited

Ms. Sunita Arora, presently Principal at The Shri Ram Early Years has been part of the ‘Shri’ family for more than 15 years. She carries the Shri values proudly. Her role as a mentor and guide, instill within her team a feeling of confidence and team spirit.

Her journey with The Shri Ram Schools started when she joined The Shri Ram School Aravali in the elementary department. She has extensive experience in early childhood care and education, and child and family outcomes. She is passionate about introducing innovative learning practices for the overall development of children in early years. Her innovative ideas came in the fore front for the overall development of the children.

Her expertise in the field is being taken forward at our various partner preschools through her involvement as Associate Vice President in Education and Training at Shri Educare Limited.
